Pastor Jamie, dedication comments and prayer, Zambia, July 2026
Dear Dr. Jamie and Mrs. Caldwell,
As you prepare to depart from us and return to Grace Community Church in Atlanta, we, the Copperbelt Baptist Fellowship Churches Association, want to pause and say thank you — from the depths of our hearts.
You came to us as strangers by geography, but you leave as family in Christ. For the days you spent with us at Mukuba Park Conference Center, you poured out your lives, your wisdom, and your love without reservation. Through the theme "GRACE," you did not just teach us about grace — you demonstrated it. In your humility, your warmth, and your willingness to travel so far to be with us, we saw grace in action.
Our delegates return home changed. Our pastors return home refreshed. Our churches across the Copperbelt will carry the fruit of what God did through you long after this conference. That is a legacy that will not fade.
We are grateful for:
The sacrifice you made to leave your home, your church, and your comforts to minister to us-
The depth and clarity with which you unpacked God's Word-
The personal warmth and accessibility you showed to every delegate, from the youngest to the most senior, and
the partnership and friendship you have extended to CBFCA.
We would be remiss if we did not also express our profound gratitude for the generous financial support rendered to CBFCA by Grace Community Church toward the construction of this very Conference Center where we have gathered. We thank the Women of Grace Community Church, and Mrs. Deana Caldwell’s vision, for so lovingly providing for the food that sustained our delegates throughout this Bible Conference. Your generosity did not just feed our bodies — it fed our sense of being cared for and loved as a family in Christ.
Dr. Caldwell, you have sown a seed here in Zambia that we believe God will multiply for years to come. Mrs. Caldwell, your gentle spirit, your practical love, and your support throughout this conference did not go unnoticed — you, too, ministered to us in your own quiet and powerful way.
As you board your flight back to Atlanta, know that you carry with you the love, the prayers, and the deep gratitude of the entire Copperbelt Baptist family.
This is not goodbye — it is "until we meet again."
May God grant you traveling mercies, strength for the journey, and a joyful reunion with Grace Community Church. May He continue to bless your ministry abundantly, and may the seeds planted here in Zambia bear fruit that reaches back to Atlanta and beyond.
With deep appreciation and Christian love,
Justine Kamucoco Ngulube Association Secretary Copperbelt Baptist Fellowship Churches Association (CBFCA)
On behalf of the entire CBFCA family and delegates
